1. Agreement

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Sandeep Design Studios, New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. By creating an account, completing a payment or accessing any lesson, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, do not purchase or use the course.

2. Your licence to use the course

When you buy a course you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the content for your own learning, on your own account, for your own individual use. You are not buying the content itself and no ownership or resale rights pass to you at any time.

3. Strictly prohibited — please read

The following are serious breaches of this agreement:

• Sharing your login email and password with any other person, or letting anyone else use your account. Your access is for one person only.
• Recording, screen-recording, screenshotting, downloading, ripping or otherwise capturing any video, audio, template or document from the course by any method or tool.
• Re-uploading or distributing any part of the course to YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp groups, Google Drive, torrent sites, course-sharing sites or any other platform, whether free or paid.
• Reselling, sub-licensing, renting or bundling the course, or using it to teach, train, coach or run your own classes or workshops.
• Removing, hiding or altering any watermark, logo, branding or copyright notice.
• Using automated tools, scrapers, bots or download extensions against this website or the video players.
• Attempting to bypass payment, coupons, access locks or any security control on the platform.

4. Intellectual property

All course videos, thumbnails, lesson notes, sample designs, client agreement templates, AI prompt packs, onboarding documents, checklists, graphics, the website design, the brand name and the logo are the exclusive intellectual property of Sandeep Design Studios and are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable international copyright treaties. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.

5. Enforcement and penalties

We monitor for shared logins, unusual access patterns and pirated copies of our material. If we reasonably believe you have breached section 3 we may, without notice:

• Suspend or permanently terminate your account and revoke all course access, with no refund of any amount paid.
• Issue takedown notices to any platform hosting the copied material.
• Claim damages, losses, account of profits and legal costs from you.
• Initiate civil and criminal proceedings under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, which can carry both imprisonment and monetary penalties for infringement.

6. Your account

You must give accurate details at checkout and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at sandeepdstudios@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. One person may hold one account only.

7. Payments and pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are final and all-inclusive; we are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged or collected. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Access is granted only after the payment signature has been verified on our server. Prices, offers and coupons may change at any time; a change never affects a purchase already completed. Coupons are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Educational purpose — no guarantees

This course is educational. We do not promise any specific income, client, job, placement or business result. Examples, case studies and student stories are real but individual outcomes depend on your own effort, market and circumstances. Nothing here is professional, structural, legal or financial advice; always consult a qualified professional for site-specific decisions.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, including failures at our hosting, video or payment providers. We may add, update or replace lessons to keep the course current. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as we continue to operate this course platform.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the course or this website is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

11. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before purchasing.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
